About Dr. She
Naturopathic Medicine is a collaboration between the patient and their care team.
Dr. She uses motivational interviewing to help patients reduce stress and optimize diet and daily habits. She helps patients differentiate between evidence-based strategies and ineffective obstacles to wellbeing.
In recognition of the impact that stress has on her patient’s health and the time it takes to successfully teach effectively strategies, she became a
certified instructor of the SUPER Program

Dr. She graduated from
Bryn Mawr College with a degree in Neuroscience and Behavior and from Bastyr University with her Naturopathic Doctorate in 2020. She completed additional training in Integrative Family Medicine with a focus on Functional Medicine, working alongside conventional and alternative practitioners, before opening her private practice in 2020.
Dr. She has been actively involved in the Integrative Medicine community in Massachusetts.
